Refund Policy

Here is our refund policy in plain words, with no fine-print surprises.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy, you can request a full refund of your first paid invoice within 14 days of that charge. Email us and we process it as a Stripe refund back to your original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

After the first 14 days

Beyond the 14-day window, we do not offer partial-period refunds. When you cancel, your access simply runs out at the end of the current billing period rather than being refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@rinsequote.com from the address on your account and we will take care of it. Refunds are issued by RinseQuote Software through Stripe.
