Website widget
Your website stops being a phone number.
Put an instant estimator on your own site with one line of code. Visitors price their own driveway, roof or deck against your rate book, and land in your inbox as a named lead with the job already measured.

Powered by their own rate book
★★★★★ Siding looks new again and they were careful around the garden beds. – Marcus B.
Three steps, and none of them need a developer.
Set your rates
Your price book already carries a rate and a minimum for every surface you clean. The widget prices off that same book, so the number a visitor sees is the number you would have written.
Paste one line
Copy the snippet from your settings and paste it into the page where the estimator should appear. No framework, no build step, no plugin to install or keep updated.
Answer the leads
Every visitor who finishes it arrives in your lead inbox with their name, phone, the surfaces they picked and the price they were shown. You get an email the moment it lands.
The whole install
<script src="https://rinsequote.com/widget.js" data-key="wk_live_..." async></script>
Your own key is in settings the moment you sign up. That is the entire installation.
Wherever your site is built.
The app shows you these instructions next to your snippet, so you are not switching between a help page and your website.
WordPress
Appearance, then Widgets, or edit the page directly. Add a Custom HTML block and paste the snippet. No plugin needed.
Wix
Add, then Embed, then Embed a Widget. Choose Enter Code and paste the snippet.
Squarespace
Edit the page, add a Code block, paste the snippet, and turn Display Source off.
Raw HTML
Paste the snippet anywhere in the page body where the estimator should appear.
Show a price, a range, or nothing at all.
Not every operator wants their rates on the open web. Pick the mode that suits how you sell, and change it whenever you like.
Exact
Shows the figure your rate book produces, minimums and modifiers included. Best when you are confident in your pricing and want to filter out tyre-kickers before they call.
Range
Shows a band around that figure, and you choose how wide. Useful when the final number depends on things you cannot see from a web form, like access or how bad the buildup really is.
Hidden
Collects the job details and sends you the lead without showing a price at all. You keep your pricing private and still capture the enquiry with the surfaces already measured.
It is yours, not ours.
- Your brand colours on the buttons and the price
- Pick which services appear, and in what order
- Choose which contact fields are required
- Write the thank-you message they see after submitting
- Show your featured reviews under the estimator
- Lock it to your own domains so nobody can lift the snippet
- Regenerate the key if it ever leaks
- Turn the whole thing off with one toggle
Questions people actually ask.
Will it slow my site down?
The snippet is a small script with no framework and no dependencies, and it loads asynchronously, so your page finishes rendering without waiting for it. The estimator itself runs inside an iframe that reports its own height, which means it can never push your layout around either.
Do I need a developer?
No. If you can paste text into a page, you can install it. The app gives you the exact snippet and step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Wix and Squarespace, plus plain HTML for anything else.
What stops someone spamming me through it?
Three things. A hidden field bots fill in and people never do, a per-address rate limit on submissions, and optional Cloudflare Turnstile if you want a proper challenge. You can also restrict the widget to your own domains so it will not run anywhere else.
Can I use my own colours?
Yes. Set your primary and accent colours in settings and the estimator picks them up. You can also add your company name, choose your own success message, and hide the RinseQuote credit line.
What happens to a lead after it comes in?
It lands in your inbox, you get an email, and you can call or email them in one tap from your phone. From there you can book a visit on the calendar, turn the lead into a full quote, and when you win it, ask for a review in one click.
Can I connect it to my other tools?
Yes. Point a signed webhook at Zapier or Make and every new lead flows wherever you want it, from a Google Sheet to a text message. Leads also export as CSV, and the job calendar publishes a read-only feed your crew can subscribe to.
