Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RinseQuote, provided by RinseQuote Software. By creating an account you agree to them.

License to use the service

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use RinseQuote to create and send quotes for your business while your subscription is active. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or misrepresent the service as your own product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RinseQuote to send spam, to store data you have no right to store, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

Your data is yours

You own the customer records and quotes you create. We process that data only as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time from your settings.

Availability

We work to keep RinseQuote available and reliable, but in this version we provide it on a best-effort basis without a formal uptime guarantee or service-level agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Before any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly.
